The editor toolbar has alot of features.  One of the most useful one is to insert clickable links into your webpage.  The photo shows the button to click on to help you get started.  When you highlight text in your webpage it activates the globe / chain link symbol.  You can then click on it and enter the webpage URL you want to add to your page.  ( URL is the link .....)
